trying using a program called Paint Shop Pro... I use that and Adobe and I can do literally anything I can imagine to a photo.

Macro function for Photoshop.

Having just returned from a dive trip with a large number of underwater photos that needed color balancing. (Not enough flash to get any colors)

One way to do it:

Load a picture

Click New Action,

Click record,

Open the color balance controls,

boost the reds, lower the blue and green,

File/save as

File/close (This keeps you from having to click the jpeg quality select on every file. )

click stop on the action record.

To Color ballance an entire directory of pictures

Select automate / batch under the file menu.

Select the Action you wish to use

Select the folder from and to and click ok.

It will then perform the selected action on all the files in the directory chosen.

Practice on copies of your target directories.
