Photoshop morphing? PLEASE HELP!!!?

i am following a tutorial on how to morph faces on photoshop, and i ran intoa problem. here is the problem part :

We are going to use the yoda picture as the base, and add the kid's face into it. First open both pictures with Photoshop. Then using your Rectangular Marquee Tool (M), select the area of the kid's face that we want, and then switch to the Move Tool (V) and drag the selection onto the yoda picture:

I rtied simply dragging the slected area onto the other picture, but when i tried to position it, a box came up that said program error. please help!

Alright you have both pictures yeah!

Create a new layer on the picture when you wil drag the face on.

To create a new layer,you will see the small icon down on the right. Once you have created a new layer,you can add anything on it.
