Problem installing photoshop?

I'm trying to install photoshop on my pc but everytime I try I keep gettitng a error message saying

Error 1311. Source file not found \

C:\DOCUME~1\HP_Owner\LOCALS~1\

Temp\Rar$D119.734\Data1.cab. Verify the file exist and that you can access it.

Can some please help and resolve this problem

is your c drive full? try installing it on another drive.

if you call the adobe number that came with photoshop then they will tell you how to fix the problem
