What are color blasts in photoshop?

My friend is asking me if i know how to do color blasts on photoshop but i have never even heard of it.

and i am a beginner to photoshop as well.

My questions are:

Is Colorblasts even real or is it called something else?

Is their a site that explains how to do it?

im a pro at photoshop, and i can garantee you there is no such thing as a colorblast in photoshop. maybe thats what your friend calls the brush. it kinda does it. or maybe its spraypaint....
