Can someone photoshop this for me?

I want a picture of a penguin but I want its body to be smaller and has wings for flying. I don't have photoshop so I can't do it myself. I also want the penguin to be an Emperor penguin and possibly wings similar to a seagull.

what you want to do is use image of penguin, then copy and paste seagull wings on new layer, you can try using gimp or photobie with same results,
