I love to draw, and i heard that with photoshop you could edit scanned drawings..is that true? if it is, is it free? where could i download it?

it aint free though...you can get a trial from adobe's website but after that runs out a license will set you back $500 I think...maybe more

Photoshop is a a photo editing program, yes, usually used for photo manipulating or drawing. The trials are free, but the actual program can range from, 500-1000+ dollars to buy the program. It can be used for many other purposes, too, such as coloring lineart and making graphics.
I have adobe photoshop! It's really good you can edit your pictures to look like whatever you want! It isn't free though but it is a really good thing. Im into art and all that, i'm always editing my pictures it's good fun!
its a photo editor. if you have a myspace than you might have seen people who have really cool edited pictures. thats how they do it! i have it, it was expensive, but totally worth it!

Photoshop is a graphics creation and editing software. I haven't used it in a while, but when I did it came by itself or with other software which would let you edit photos, create and edit hand (graphical) drawings, etc.

It is a VERY powerful, VERY complex software. It is used mainly by professionals or students in the graphic arts and is quite expensive. However, if you can afford it and spend the time learning to use it, it can be very rewarding and useful.
