With photoshop, you can do some very amazing things!
You can remove freckles, age lines, etc. For Christmas, I put a Christmas tree in our family photo, got rid of some speaker wire, added a photo to the wall and put my dog in the picture. All thanks for photoshop!

you can do tons of things. i use this program at school and the list is endless use do anlmost anything to change your appereance( hair, skin color, frecles pimples whatever.) also, you can put your face on dvd cover and change it up a bit

There are a billion things you can do with Photoshop. You can do the basic things like touchup freckles or pimples etc.
You can change the mood of a photograph by adding soft focus, changing the contrast. You can make a color photo black and white and make it look old by sepia tone to it. You can crop out bad parts of a photo.
Just play around with it and click on everything and see what it does. You can always hit undo!
Most newbies like what they can do with filters.
